Carolyn and Eric hold a super special place in my heart! In 2018 Carolyn reached out to one of my model calls and well...the rest was history! It has been a literal honor being part of their love story, and this day was so super special! Enjoy :)
Carolyn and Eric got married on November 2nd 2019 in Griffin GA. Their wedding had so many special touches.
Carolyn is a makeup artist, so in addition to her own makeup, she also did her moms!
Custom photo lipsticks for her maids... so flipping cute!!! #ThanksSephora
Meanwhile in the boys suite...
One of the most tearjerking moments of the day... First look with dad!
And then there's the boys...
Is it even a party if there's not White Claw..
A special touch for Carolyn's "mimi" and best friend.
Now was time for the first look. Doing a first look was a last minute decision for them, but I'm so so happy they did it!
Now on to the fun stuff, PORTRAIT TIME!!!
Like seriously how gorgeous is this creek?!?
Before the ceremony, Carolyn was gifted a bracelet with her late Mimi's handwriting on it, this was definitely one of those "wedding photography is the most special jobs in the world" moments.
For the ceremony, the music was definitely one of the best and most special parts. They played some Disney songs including the wedding march from The Little Mermaid (because Carolyn always says she "Found her Prince Eric), a song sung by Eric's brother and Best Man Greg, and when Carolyn and her dad walked down, they played "Ma Belle Evangeline" from Carolyn's favorite movie Princess and the Frog.
Eric's longtime friend Hannah officiated the ceremony and OMG the tears were flowing heavily! So heartfelt and special!
Carolyn and Eric did a tree planting ceremony with soil from both of their hometowns, during the ceremony they had one of their sweet friends and bridesmaids sing Carolyn's grandmothers favorite song.
And speaking of great music, the recessional song was "The Spirit of Adventure" from UP, which was also Troy and I's recessional song... TEARS!
Their first dance started as "Married Life" from UP, but they surprised their guests with a fun choreographed dance!!
And did I mention the parent dances were choreographed too!
And now... PARTY TIME
When the bride puts a special song on the DJ list just for you... <3
They had a private last dance together before send off time, and it was seriously so romantic!
Well there ya have it, Carolyn and Eric! I absolutely adored this day and as always, it's such a flipping joy to create these memories for our couples!
